Pilates - Mixed Levels (Stow)

Service Description
Clients can now purchase a 6 session class pass for Stow for the discounted rate of £45 (that's a full class for free!) - or a mixed location pass to include Galashiels for £48. The pass will be valid for 3 months, simply purchase your pass then book onto any 6 sessions. Pay per class will continue to be an option. Join me for an invigorating Pilates class designed for all levels. As a certified instructor I will guide you through tailored exercises to enhance strength and flexibility and promote physical and mental wellness. Mats & any equipment will be provided but clients are welcome to being their own mat if they prefer.
Cancellation Policy
Pilates Class Booking Policy Booking: Clients must book their Pilates class in advance to secure a spot. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will not be refunded. For the '6 session class pass' - this is non-refundable. Waitlist Policy: If a class is fully booked, clients can join the waitlist. Should a space become available, clients on the waitlist will be notified and given the opportunity to book the class.
